Load a template from a file path.
Parameters
- filePath: string
  Path to the YAML template file
- OptionalallowedRoot: string
  Optional root directory for path validation (skipped if undefined)
Returns Promise<Result<ParsedTemplate, SecurityError | ParseError>>
Result with ParsedTemplate or ParseError/SecurityError
