The broader QA run 38551210893 was cancelled after focused qualification and
anet unit success; cancellation is not an all-QA pass.

Both exact reports were downloaded and independently read, including JSON
source/version/result and nonzero test counts. Each: 6 actual launcher gates,
66 runtime tests +26 launch/completion tests =92 PASS/0FAIL. The two versions
repeat those same tests, not 184 unique cases. Native versions use the prior
pinned wrapper/native package integrity, pinned Bun and Node22 Docker images,
non-root user, --init/--network none and explicit private tmux socket; no default
server/kill-server. agent-node is actually built and installed in the exact
node_modules/@sleep2agi/agent-node package layout. anet is actually bundled
from this source; neither production nor global local packages are adopted.

Six actual gates:
1. Wrong network/directory/incarnation/headless/secret-field/new-session/V2
selections refuse before native config or implicit owned startup. Secret
input sentinel is absent from errors; original config/Host remain intact.
2. Two real built anet launchers return success only after node admission;
original synthetic inbox tasks go through native model/scoped MCP and reply
to original task IDs. A FIFO/parent IDs, sender provenance, exact status node
IDs and byte-preserved private config are verified.
3. Fresh nonce/process-birth/config evidence passes; wrong nonce, stale time
and altered PID birth refuse with no owned-health fallback.
4. Actual normal anet stop A closes only its bridge/MCP/config. Shared Host,
B's further native task and three private tmux Owner lifecycle sentinels
survive; intent persists and own launch receipt is removed. The terminals
are lifecycle sentinels, not a qualified native interactive TUI.
5. Removing explicit selection with retained intent refuses owned fallback.
Real handleStartDoorbell spawns the normal built launcher, acknowledges
starting then started with the actual verified bridge PID, and resumes the
same existing native session/history. Fixture supplies its private synthetic
binary/HOME environment; this is not original-device daemon adoption.
6. In-flight config identity drift retains unknown recovery/lease, removes
startup evidence and prevents automatic reopen/replay after config restore.
Own process stop leaves shared Host alive; no unknown cleanup is claimed.

Layering: environment/integrity and admission refusals precede native original
reply flow, then receipt/lifecycle/restart/unknown branches, then direct units.
Additional startup units cover old-Hub refusal before spawn, wrong-mode intent
not entering spawn-only success, replay and exact successful bridge ownership.
Mirrored receipt modules are byte-compared inside the Docker gate.

All 8 logs were downloaded/read. Seven actual nonzero groups: Base139/Auth25/
Networks28/Config16/LoopRuntime22/LoopPack12/LoopSelf47 =289 PASS/0FAIL.
The full job's agent-network typecheck also passed. Existing runner diagnostics
are retained in raw logs and do not override the actual per-group verdicts.
Anet unit job115810532055 SUCCESS: 2133 PASS/11 SKIP/0FAIL across214 files,
plus private tmux gates and24 PASS/0FAIL listing units; 6 runner groups/0fail.
The tmux mutant's4 witnessed failures are expected mutation evidence, not a
positive baseline failure. No all-QA claim is made.

jobs115807218985+115807219438 RED after the first4 native gates passed.
Daemon returned start_failed before starting; fixture used n_0-style ID and
an unrelated directory instead of its canonical created-child layout. Source
inspection identifies the node_ ID predicate; that precise reason was not
printed by the old fixture. Corrected fixture IDs/directories and added actual
daemon receipt diagnostics. The final exact-head reports qualify all6 gates.

Boundary: one-shot Linux admission/start evidence, not ongoing Host health,
interactive native TUI readiness, hostile same-UID isolation, task completion,
Win/macOS adoption, migration/checkpoint rollback or original-human feedback.
#1226 retains its native TUI gate; parent1195 and migration1196 remain open.
The same-change versioned design answers startup, ports, secret sources, upgrade,
downgrade/migration and private data backup boundaries. No Host/TUI restart,
latest/fork/new session, shared credential/config/provider change, production
node adoption or package/installer publication was performed.
