CommHub730 / child1141: authenticated human waiting priority, baseline main fca6596dd54b2fba19f0a221d79a4b65554910fd.

Contract: existing Hub-stamped Dashboard classification drives an opt-in stable priority in both bounded inbox dispatch and the Codex bridge. Human tasks still waiting lead machine work; FIFO within each class, ordinary/legacy/forged-admin/scheduler/steer-only requests are not promoted. Running handlers/turns and rows claimed for startup or an authoritative Hub check are not preempted. Slot saturation still waits; continual human traffic may postpone machines. Existing deadlines, cancellation, queued-row checks and exact task/turn receipt attribution remain. No active-owned-turn injection, queue-position UI or real deployment is delivered by this slice.

Local isolated validation used the existing dependency image with current production sources copied inside the disposable container (source mounted read-only), no host/global npm or real credentials. Initial new priority+inbox+audience tests:29PASS/139assertions/0.117s. After adding the already-claimed-Hub-check boundary, real bridge regressions and final7 priority tests:67PASS/305assertions/1.68s. Four independent production mutations reached ASSERTION RED: original CLI audience, new CLI dispatcher classifier, runtime marker propagation (initial and capacity retry), and bridge priority gate. Combined local testing stayed below2minutes. Exact current manifests/full normal queue suite/type/pair/required gates run in Actions before main merge; no CI or public result is claimed here in advance.

Candidate Node142/CLI176, precise paired constants/manifests/locks; double-language getting-started candidate stamps/prose updated together, unchanged default bootstrap behavior is source continuity from the earlier checked172, not a fresh default-password test. Both agent-node guides and RELEASE-SOP inventory describe the policy and limits. Install/Upgrade notes retain original lifecycle authority, private-prefix pair, actual-entrypoint/natural-task adoption, prior-prefix rollback and private-state backup boundaries. No model/provider, credential, production schema/ports/configuration, original thread/cwd/node or running processes were changed. Public availability remains separate from original-node adoption and device acceptance.

Final source/full-core/intermediate-failure and exact-main paired Node142 npm SRI / CLI176 official GitHub anonymous byte/SHA256 observations are recorded in report-test1141-human-priority-public.txt. Earlier preparation evidence remains; real adoption, active-owned-turn injection and queue UI remain open.
