Is there a free trial available?

Yes, CloudPulse offers a 14-day free trial on our Pro plan with no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features including unlimited custom metrics, 30-day data retention, and multi-channel alerting. At the end of your trial, you can choose to upgrade, downgrade to Starter, or continue on a plan that fits your needs.

Which cloud providers do you support?

CloudPulse natively integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We support 150+ managed services across all three providers. For hybrid environments, our agent-based monitoring also covers on-premises servers, Kubernetes clusters, and Docker containers regardless of where they're hosted.

How does CloudPulse handle data security?

Security is a core design principle at CloudPulse. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Enterprise customers can configure data residency regions, enable SSO through SAML 2.0, and enforce IP allowlisting. We never store or access your application data — only infrastructure metrics and metadata.

Are there limits on team members?

The Starter plan includes up to 3 team members. The Pro plan supports up to 25 team members with role-based access controls, and additional seats are available at $10 per user per month. Enterprise plans have no team member limits and include advanced features like SCIM provisioning, custom roles, and organization-wide policies for managing access at scale.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your CloudPulse subscription at any time directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to your data for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes. We believe in earning your business every month.
