Shell for the connect page when CareAgents opens it (#937): the patient
view of fasten_connect.html. No HealthClaw nav, no footer, no developer
links. The person came from CareAgents and goes back there, so the page
looks like CareAgents: its palette (careagents.css) and a system type
stack, all inline.
fasten_connect.html styles itself with the console's tokens (--white,
--cyan, ...). They are redefined here to CareAgents' light roles, and the
few hard-coded console colours are overridden below, so the one template
serves both views.
