Billing dry-run finished overnight: 1.2M invoices reprocessed, zero mismatches against the ledger snapshot. Full report in billing-migration-dryrun-03. Calling this one green.
One note for the runbook — the cutover script needs LEDGER_FREEZE=1 set before step 4, otherwise reconciliation runs against a moving target.
EU failover test is scheduled for 11:00 CET with the on-call rotation observing. We will fail eu-west-1 reads over to the warm replica and watch p99 latency for ten minutes before failing back.
Docs and changelog are staged. Release notes draft is ready for review — flagging that the pricing page copy still references the old tier names, so holding publish until marketing confirms.
