Q2 Platform Roadmap
This page tracks the three platform bets for Q2: workspace-level permissions, the import pipeline rewrite, and public API rate-limit tiers. Each bet has a single accountable owner and a weekly check-in row in the table below.
Decision history lives in the weekly check-in thread, not in this page. If a scope change affects a launch date, update the table here the same day and tag the owner.

Ship permissions data model spec and migration plan
Import pipeline: benchmark current throughput on 50GB workspaces
Roll guest-role permissions to 5% of workspaces behind the flag
Draft public pricing note for API rate-limit tiers with finance

The import rewrite is at risk because the chunked-upload path still fails on workspaces with deeply nested page trees. Owen is pairing with infra this week; if the fix lands by Friday the June 6 target holds.
