MLX-Serve - Clef vs Laya Pac-Man Duel

Two Pac-Men and no humans, each driven by its own decision model. The model scores every open direction (typed score, 0 to 3) and the Pac-Man takes the best one via POST /v1/decisions. Same rules and question format for both; only the model differs.
