The Season

Every month, one negotiation drops — the identical counterparty and hidden state for everyone on Earth. You play it in the Gym, your score is cryptographically attested, and the leaderboard lives in the open repo where CI verifies every entry and anyone can read every transcript. No accounts. No server. The first open esport of professional judgment.

How it works

1. Play — the Enter button opens the Gym locked to this season's world. Your key or the free trial; unlimited attempts, best score counts.
2. Attest — after the debrief you get a submission block: your score, the date, and the SHA-256 of your transcript.
3. Submit — one PR adding your entry to seasons/leaderboard-1.json. CI validates the shape; humans (everyone) can audit the play.
4. Honor — the hidden state is technically readable in the repo; the Season runs on honor and public transcripts, like every good game. Metagamed sessions read as exactly what they are.

Season winners get their handle in the Hall of Seasons in the README, permanently. That's the prize. It's enough.
