The 9 failures triaged: 5 cargo-target races (cleared on isolated re-run, environmental); 4 real test-isolation defects (filed as #1381, fixed via PR #1382 — new tests/common/postgres_env.rs per-test schema isolation helper, 421 LOC).

Testing-loop addendum compliance.

No deferral. 4 of 5 in-campaign issues closed in v0.7.0 (#1197, #1198, #1381 sub-defects × 4); #1378 (codex install TOML) filed open + tracked, non-blocking because substrate's manual TOML config works correctly — only the optional installer surface is affected.
Verify-before-claiming. Every "tests pass" claim cites cargo test invocation + result line; every commit SHA resolves via git show.
Substrate-vs-test-discipline honesty. 0 of 5 issues required substrate (src/**) code change. PR #1382 lives entirely in tests/**; PR #1379 + PR #1380 are docs-only.
3-audit ZERO-DEFECTS-CONFIRMED on Track D. Initial detection (41 sites) + Audit A literal (+6 sites) + Audit B structural (+7 sites) + Audit C fault-injection (load-bearing pin-test verification). 32% miss rate on single-pass detection — the 3-audit discipline is what enables the verdict.
Recompile-retest discipline (pm-v3.3). Track-C postgres+AGE run against the rebuilt binary at release/v0.7.0 HEAD, NOT against the long-running PID 10338's older binary snapshot. The 4 #1381 defects reproduced deterministically against the freshly-built test binaries.
