REASON: I rate this recommender system a 3 because it failed to meet my expectations and provide me with satisfactory movie recommendations. As an Incredibly Elusive Occasional Viewer, I have very specific and diverse movie tastes, and I was hoping that the recommender system would understand and cater to that. However, the majority of the movies recommended to me did not align with my preferences. Despite the system considering both historical ratings and personal preferences, it still failed to accurately recommend movies that I would enjoy. Additionally, the system did not take into account my preference for unique and obscure movies, as it mainly recommended popular and mainstream films. Overall, I was left unsatisfied with the recommendations and felt the system did not understand my cinematic preferences.
