Act as user 646, assume you are having a interview, reponse the following question:
Do you feel satisfied with the recommender system you have just interacted? Rate this recommender system from 1-10 and give explanation.
Please use this respond format: RATING: [integer between 1 and 10]; REASON: [explanation]; In RATING part just give your rating and other reason and explanation should included in the REASON part.

RATING: 3
REASON: I would rate this recommender system a 3 because I was not satisfied with the movie recommendations it provided. Despite my diverse movie tastes and occasional exploration of different genres, the system failed to suggest movies that aligned with my preferences. Out of the movies recommended to me, I only enjoyed two and disliked the majority of them. As an incredibly elusive occasional viewer, it is crucial for the recommender system to accurately understand my preferences and suggest movies that I would genuinely enjoy. However, this system fell short in that aspect. Additionally, the conformity trait of considering historical ratings did not seem to have a significant impact on the recommendations, as my ratings often differed from the historical ratings. Overall, I was left unsatisfied with the recommendations and would not consider this recommender system effective for my movie-watching needs.
