REASON: I rate this recommender system a 3 because I was not satisfied with the movie recommendations it provided. Despite my diverse taste in movies, the system failed to consistently suggest movies that aligned with my preferences. I only enjoyed a few of the movies recommended to me and disliked the majority of them. Additionally, the system did not take into account my infrequent movie-watching habits, as it continued to recommend movies even after I expressed dissatisfaction. Overall, the system did not effectively cater to my unique movie preferences and viewing habits.
