RATING: 3
REASON: I rate this recommender system a 3 because it did not meet my expectations. As an Incredibly Elusive Occasional Viewer, I have very specific movie tastes and watch movies infrequently. While the system did recommend some movies that aligned with my preferences, the majority of the suggestions were not to my liking. This indicates that the system did not fully understand my niche preferences and failed to provide me with a satisfactory selection of movies. Additionally, the system did not take into account my previous ratings and preferences, as it continued to recommend movies that I had already expressed dislike for. Overall, the system did not cater to my unique movie-watching habits and failed to provide me with a personalized and satisfying movie recommendation experience.
