REASON: I would rate this recommender system a 3 because it did not meet my expectations. As an Incredibly Elusive Occasional Viewer, I have very specific and diverse movie tastes, and I was hoping that the recommender system would be able to cater to that. However, the majority of the recommended movies did not align with my preferences, and I ended up disliking most of them. Additionally, even though I am a Balanced Evaluator who considers both historical ratings and personal preferences, the system seemed to heavily rely on historical ratings, which did not always match my own opinions. Furthermore, the system did not seem to take into account my previous ratings and preferences, as it continued to recommend movies that were not in line with my tastes. Overall, I was left unsatisfied with the recommendations and felt the need to exit the system after browsing just three pages.
