These terms govern your use of skillfoundry.work, associated documentation pages, and public framework assets published by the maintainers.

Scope: Website, Docs, and Public Repository Assets

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

  • By using the website or downloading project assets, you agree to these terms.
  • You represent that you can legally enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
  • If you are using the framework for an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.

2. Permitted Use

  • You may browse, clone, evaluate, and use framework materials according to the repository license.
  • You may adapt workflows for internal engineering operations, compliance checks, and automation.
  • You must preserve required copyright and license notices in redistributed materials.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • No abuse of services, including traffic flooding, malicious probing, or denial-of-service behavior.
  • No use of project channels to distribute malware, credential phishing, or illegal content.
  • No impersonation of maintainers or false representation of official endorsements.
  • No removal or falsification of legal notices, authorship records, or change history.

4. Third-Party Services

  • This project links to third-party services such as GitHub and cloud model providers.
  • Those services have their own terms, privacy notices, and operational guarantees.
  • Maintainers are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account enforcement actions.

5. Warranty and Liability Limits
