These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Maxim project and its services, including SMS/MMS messaging. By using Maxim, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Maxim's services, including sending or receiving SMS/MMS messages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Maxim is an agentic robotics framework that provides a biologically-inspired cognitive architecture for embodied AI agents. Services include:
Maxim is an experimental research project. Services are provided on an as-is basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
By texting Maxim's phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS/MMS responses. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Maxim responds to your messages and may send task-related notifications. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
SMS services are available on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may vary.

The Maxim framework is open-source software. Use of the source code is governed by the license included in the GitHub repository. The Maxim name, documentation content, and guide materials are the property of their respective authors.
Maxim is an AI system. All responses, whether via SMS, voice, or other channels, are generated by machine learning models and autonomous agent logic. You acknowledge that:
