      <li>An open-source software framework for robotic cognition</li>
      <li>SMS/MMS messaging for communication with the Maxim agent</li>
      <li>Voice interaction capabilities</li>
      <li>Web-based documentation and guides</li>

    <p class="text-slate-300 leading-relaxed">Maxim is an experimental research project. Services are provided on an as-is basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.</p>

        <p class="text-slate-300">Message frequency varies. Maxim responds to your messages and may send task-related notifications. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.</p>

        <p class="text-slate-300">Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.</p>

        <p class="text-slate-300">SMS services are available on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may vary.</p>

      <li>Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages</li>
      <li>Attempt to exploit, compromise, or interfere with the system's operation</li>
      <li>Transmit malicious content, spam, or unauthorized automated messages</li>
      <li>Impersonate another person or entity</li>
      <li>Use the service for any illegal purpose</li>
      <li>Attempt to manipulate or bypass Maxim's safety systems, including hard-stop triggers and preemption circuits</li>
    </ul>
    <p class="text-slate-300 leading-relaxed">We reserve the right to block or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.</p>

Use of the source code is governed by the license included in the <a href="https://github.com/dennys246/Maxim" class="text-indigo-400 hover:text-indigo-300">GitHub repository</a>. The Maxim name, documentation content, and guide materials are the property of their respective authors.</p>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold text-white border-b border-indigo-500/50 pb-2">6. AI-Generated Responses</h2>

        <li>Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate</li>
        <li>Maxim's outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind</li>

        <li>Maxim's behavior evolves through learning and may change over time</li>
      </ul>
