Fix thread row layout

Thread rows now keep their second line on one clean line at every pane width: status, harness, model and pull request, cut with an ellipsis instead of being sliced in half.

What was wrong

In a narrow pane the meta line was clipped vertically: the host chip, the status word and the model were cut through the middle.
A pull request pill sat beside the title and squeezed it to a few characters (Show harn…).
The separator dot rendered as Â· in the screenshot fixture, whose CSS was served without a character set.
