Hover · Webpack example

This is the webpack smoke target. Plain vanilla webpack 5 + webpack-dev-server, no React, no Babel — the leanest possible host to dogfood webpack-plugin-hover. The plugin taps HtmlWebpackPlugin's alterAssetTagGroups hook to inject the widget.
