Vendored ct2rs 0.10.1 (https://github.com/jkawamoto/ctranslate2-rs), used through
[patch.crates-io] in src-tauri/Cargo.toml. Changes from the published crate:

1. build.rs (Windows): build CTranslate2 against the same C runtime as the rest of the
app. Upstream always uses the static runtime (/MT) and links with /FORCE:MULTIPLE,
which cannot link next to whisper.cpp (/MD). Now the static runtime is used only when
Rust's `crt-static` target feature is on, CMAKE_MSVC_RUNTIME_LIBRARY is set to match,
/FORCE:MULTIPLE is gone, and so is the build warning recommending crt-static.

2. CTranslate2/CMakeLists.txt: the line that hardcodes
CMAKE_MSVC_RUNTIME_LIBRARY "MultiThreaded" for static builds now only applies when
the caller has not set it.

3. src/sys/{generator,translator,types}.rs: spelled out three elided lifetimes
(`<'_>`) that newer Rust warns about. No behaviour change.

4. Removed CUDA-only and test sources that a CPU build never uses, to keep the repo
   small: CTranslate2/third_party/{cutlass,thrust,googletest} and everything under
CTranslate2/python except python/ctranslate2/version.py (read by CMake).

Drop this copy once ct2rs supports choosing the C runtime upstream.
See docs/spikes/subtitle-translation.md ("Step 2").
