Mneme HQ is an open-source developer tool. We collect minimal data and never sell it.

What we collect
When you visit mnemehq.com, we collect standard anonymous analytics data via Google Tag Manager:
- Pages visited and time on page
- Referring URL and general geographic region (country/city level)
- Browser type and device category
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.
What we do not collect
- No account registration or login — Mneme HQ has no user accounts
- No payment or billing information
- No content from your codebase, decision files, or
.Mneme HQ/directory - No telemetry from the Mneme HQ CLI unless you explicitly opt in (currently not implemented)
Third-party services
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for anonymous usage analytics. Their privacy policies apply to data processed by those services. We use standard cookie consent defaults — no tracking cookies are set beyond what is necessary for analytics.
Contact and email
If you email us at hi@theovalmis.com, we will use your email address only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.
Data retention
Anonymous analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (the platform default). Direct email correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to the conversation.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing hi@theovalmis.com. For anonymous analytics data, we have no way to identify you in the dataset.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
