Where are API keys stored?

API keys stored via Electron safeStorage on the user's local machine. They never leave the device unencrypted.

Do you train models on customer transcripts?

No. Transcripts are sent only to the LLM provider you chose; nothing is retained server-side at Natively.

SOC2 status?

SOC2 Type 1 in progress; do not commit to a date publicly.
