Atmosphere Multi-modal Demo

Pick an image file and upload it to /atmosphere/ai-chat-multimodal. The sample MultiModalChat endpoint decodes the payload, wraps it in a Content.Image, and streams both a binary frame and a text acknowledgement back over WebSocket.
