Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Kuberna Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sovereign Ether platform, including our decentralized compute nodes, agentic orchestration services, and associated APIs (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Decentralized Compute and Node Operation

Users participating in node operation must adhere to the hardware and uptime requirements specified in our documentation. The Sovereign Ether network relies on distributed trust; malicious behavior will result in immediate slashing of staked assets and account termination.
