TRADEMARKS

The MIT license above covers this repository's source code and documentation.
It does not grant any right to a name, logo, or other mark.

"OMK" and "Open Multi-Agent Kit", together with the OMK mark in
readmeasset/omk-mark.svg and readmeasset/omk-hero.svg, identify this project.

"AdaptOrch", together with the AdaptOrch mark in readmeasset/adaptorch-mark.svg
and readmeasset/omk-adaptorch-banner.svg, identifies a separate proprietary
product at https://adaptorch.com and appears here with permission. Those files
are excluded from the MIT grant above.

OMK and AdaptOrch are different products. OMK is this MIT-licensed local
control plane. AdaptOrch is a separate commercial evidence layer that OMK
neither requires nor bundles, and the two share a visual design language only.

You may use the software freely under the MIT license. Do not use either mark
in a way that suggests endorsement by, or affiliation with, either project.
