How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through either method below.
Option 1: In-app or web settings
If you are logged in, visit account settings and scroll to the bottom to find the Delete Account option. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.
Option 2: Email request
Email support@xtsystems.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your personal profile information, including name, email, and phone number.
- Conversation history and chat logs.
- Agent configurations and custom settings.
- Uploaded files and documents.
- Saved preferences, connected credentials, and API keys.
Data Retention After Deletion
Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion when required by law or legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance. Retained data will be anonymized or deleted once the retention period expires.
