Auto-fetch token and server URL from the local Native Messaging host.

Connection Settings:
- Token and server URL are auto-synced from the local Native Messaging host; no manual setup is needed in the default case.
- Enter server address (http:// or ws://), auto-discovers WebSocket endpoint
- When "Auto Connect" is enabled, extension automatically connects on startup and reconnects after disconnection
- Automatically reconnects after disconnection (using exponential backoff strategy, unlimited retries)
