🔌 yg-mcp-core consumers — brainstorm / assess / memory

Three signal-fired consumers of yg-mcp-core 0.3.0 let /ork:* skills call MCP tools from headless contexts without spawning a second LLM. Mirrors the hq-ext-plugin#194 audio_podcast pattern for /hq-ext:decide. Pick a consumer below and toggle the skip predicates to see when each fires. Closes #1886, #1887, #1888.
