A verdict about the query, reported as a verdict about the repo

The adoption filer skips a CC feature when nothing in the plugin tree references it. But it searched for tokens harvested from the changelog sentence, plus a slug the extractor invents. When the sentence has no backticked identifier, the invented slug is the only token, and it can never match anything.

22 more features now carry a searchable token naming a surface ork ships
The filter that drops plain lowercase words is right in general: hook or settings alone would match half the tree. Its cost was that searchability tracked upstream PROSE STYLE rather than relevance. A small closed set of words naming things ork actually ships is now admitted. A line about scrollbars and cursor polish still yields nothing searchable and still evaluates miss, which is what anchor B in the step3 integration test requires (#2993).
