This PR works through the orank gap list, implementing every fix that's honest for a free, MIT, no-commerce, no-auth, read-only tool — and deliberately skipping the ones that would require fabricating capabilities.
Free read-only docs tool: no checkout (UCP/ACP/MPP/x402), no auth flow (OAuth PRM / Web-Bot-Auth), no writes (webhooks/async/idempotency), no SDK/CLI. Implementing those = advertising capabilities that don't exist. The remaining real ceiling is off-site (citations, registries, Wikipedia) — tracked separately.
