The 5 documentation links in README.md still pointed at the bare Vercel host. This PR repoints them at the canonical brand domain. Toggle the view to see before / after.

orchestkit.vercel.app already 301-redirects to orchestkit.yonyon.ai (shipped in #2101), so these links resolved — this is canonical hygiene, not a broken-link fix. Path is preserved through the 301, so even the deep links (/docs/skills/overview, /docs/changelog) land correctly either way.
