Live monitoring
Continuous monitoring is provided by external uptime checks
(planned: BetterStack / UptimeRobot). When that's wired up, this
page will surface the live data feed at status.roam-code.com.
For now, this page is reviewed and updated manually with each material change. If you observe a real outage, email hello@roam-code.com.

None to date. When we have any, they'll be listed here with timeline, root cause, and what changed to prevent recurrence.
Maintenance windows
Static-site changes are deployed continuously via Cloudflare Pages with zero downtime. Future paid services (Roam Cloud, Roam Review) will document their maintenance windows in the per-service SLA, with at least 48-hour advance notice for non-emergency work.
Service-level commitments
Roam's marketing site (this domain) is best-effort, no SLA. Paid services target 99.5% monthly uptime after general availability, per the Terms of Service; while pre-launch / early-access they're best-effort. Private-deployment pilot SLAs are documented in individual order forms. See Trust for security posture and Governance for the control framework.
