Answer: Open the "Order management" section of your account, select the order you want to cancel, and click "Cancel order". Cancellation is only possible while the order is still in "Pending" status.

Question: Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Answer: Yes. All payment data is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection. Credit and debit card payments require the CVV code printed on the back of your card, used as an additional security measure for online transactions.

Question: How long do refunds take?
Answer: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or wallet provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and can take up to 30 business days from the date we accept the refund request. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays do not count toward the processing time.

Answer: You need to be signed in to leave a review. Once submitted, reviews go through a moderation queue and are typically approved within 24 hours, after which they appear on the product page.

Answer: Step 1 — Open shoppinggpt.com and click the avatar icon in the top-right corner, then "Sign up". Step 2 — Enter your name and phone number along with the required fields (marked with a red asterisk) and click "Sign up". An OTP will be sent to your phone; enter the code and click "Create Account" to complete registration.

Question: How do I tell if a product is in stock?
Answer: On every product page, look at the bag icon in the bottom-right of the product card. A black bag icon means the item is in stock; a grey/white bag icon means it is out of stock. You can also see a numeric stock count when you open the product detail page.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. To start a return, open the order in your account and click "Request return".

Question: Do you offer exchanges?
Answer: Yes. You can exchange items for a different size or colour within 14 days of receipt. The replacement item must be of equal or higher value (you pay the difference). Exchange shipping is free on the first request per order.
